As the responsible body pursuant to the data protection provisions, we hereby undertake to protect our customers’ personal data and privacy and treat the latter confidentially. We protect your data by technical and organisational security measures against access by unauthorised persons, accidental or intentional manipulation, destruction or loss.  

Access data

Personal data are collected via our website only to the extent that is technically necessary. When you visit our webpage, we store the IP address, date and time, the HTTP status code, the name of the accessed element (URL, file download, etc.), the data volume and browser information (user agent). The data collected are not allocated to specific individuals. We do not merge the collected data with data from other data sources.

We save this information for a period of 12 months.

This data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) of the DSGVO (German General Data Protection Regulation) for protection of our legitimate interests, i.e. optimisation of our offer.

Collection and use of personal data in contact requests

Solely the personal data communicated by you will be collected and processed as part of a request via our contact form. The data transmitted by you as part of a contact request will be solely collected, processed and used for dealing with the matter of your enquiry. This also includes enabling third parties to provide services on our behalf, in particular those of a logistical nature. This includes for example disclosure to the Internet service provider commissioned with making our Internet presentation available. We follow the principle of data minimisation in this case. We only communicate the data that are absolutely necessary for actual processing. The data will continue to be used in order to be able to communicate with you. Apart from this, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your express consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

We will store this information until you withdraw your consent.

Collection of personal data upon agreement conclusion and payment

When you make a hotel booking or purchase a voucher through our webpage, your contact and order data will be passed on to our internal booking department and accountancy. We use these data solely for execution of the contract.

If you decide on the “credit card” payment method, payment will be handled through our payment service provider TeleCash GmbH & Co. KG. During payment by credit card, your name, your address, your credit card data, your invoice number, your invoice amount and the article information as well as the language of the agreement and currency will be disclosed to TeleCash GmbH & Co. KG.

The “Piwik” web analytics service is used on our Internet presentation. Piwik saves information about your use of this webpage. Google Analytics web analytics tool

Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”), is used on our Internet presentation. Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about use of the online offer by users is generally transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

Google will use this information on our behalf to assess use of our online offer by users, compile reports on the activities within this online offer and provide us further services associated with the use of this online offer and Internet use. User profiles under a pseudonym may be created from the processed data in this case.

We only use Google Analytics with enabled IP anonymization. This means that the users’ IP addresses are abbreviated within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in isolated cases is the complete IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data.

Use of Google Remarketing

This webpage uses the Google Inc. remarketing function to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called “cookie” is saved in the webpage visitor’s browser that makes it possible to recognise the visitor again when s/he retrieves webpages that belong to Google's advertising network. The visitor can be displayed advertisements on these pages that refer to contents that the user has previously retrieved on webpages using Google’s Remarketing function.
According to its own statements, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. Duration of processing

We process your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil our agreement or comply with currently applicable legal regulations and maintain our relationship with you. We will inform you about the actual duration of storage of the data as part of the respective description of the individual data processing operation. If no precise indication of the duration of storage is to be found there, it means we are unable to indicate such a period because it depends on various individual factors (e.g. the term of the agreement, assertion of claims, etc.). In such cases, we take the principle of data minimisation and proportionality as the basis for the duration of storage. 

Business documents are kept for a maximum of 6 and 10 years in accordance with the requirements of the German Commercial Code and the German Internal Revenue Code.

Provided that you do not object and/or withdraw your consent, we will use your data to maintain and intensify our trustful business relationship to our mutual advantage.

Should you wish for deletion of your data, we will immediately delete the latter, provided no legal archiving obligations oppose this.
